Vanilla cream with pomegranate

Ingridients

For 2 people:

1 pack of silky tofu

¾ cups of canned coconut milk

2 tablespoons date paste or coconut sugar

½ teaspoons of vanilla powder or vanilla extract

1 pomegranate

Preparation

In a blender or multipractice, smoothly mix the tofu, coconut milk, date paste and vanilla. Divide the cream between two cups and sprinkle with pomegranate seeds on top
