Genetic particles – not only in food, but also in air and water

Genetic change

The great need for meat is actually covered only by artificially inseminating more and more animals. Through genetic manipulation or genetically produced drugs, they achieve twice the weight of meat with less fat than in naturally grown animals. With special genetic blocks, the quality of the meat also changes, so that people receive large amounts of genetic particles with meat as food. Many animals suffer immensely because of interference in their lives. Torments create resonances, i.e. oscillations in them, because animals also feel. These suffering and tormenting feelings go into their genes. Man eats meat with properly programmed genes. If a gene particle becomes embedded in a human body cell, then that animal genetic program becomes a human program.”

Animal test

Who gives humans the right to manipulate the genetic makeup of animals? Who gives them the right to desecrate and change nature? Only he who puts himself above God has the right to own it.
“People are commanded not to kill. This also applies to animals – and also to plants, if the plant life is not intended for food or the preparation of vital goods. Man has no right to kill and manipulate. Whoever transgresses against animals and plants acts according to the demon’s will: kill everything, manipulate everything so that neither people nor animals feel God’s will. Is this a new world order?

8 trumps of lettuce for better health

In ancient Rome, athletes could not imagine a meal without salad, the Egyptians believed that salad was an aphrodisiac, the Greeks studied its healing properties … Although salad contains 90 percent water, it still contains many vitamins and minerals. It has the most vitamins A, C, the whole complex of B, E, K, but this is only a small part of why you should eat a salad every day.

  1. 100 g of lettuce contains only 50 J (12 calories) and has 0.3 g of fat
Due to the low energy, you can enjoy the salad in large quantities. You won’t find such nutritious food that doesn’t breed blindly.
  2. Lettuce is a fodder plant
What does that mean? Lettuce is rich in fiber, which is very important in weight management, and even more so in removing toxins and especially excess cholesterol from the body. Lettuce is therefore highly recommended for people with diabetes.
  3. Improves heart function
Lettuce is one of the vegetables that helps improve the functioning of the cardiovascular system. It provides the body with the necessary potassium and beta carotene, which cleanses the blood of harmful radicals.
  4. Faster metabolism
Lettuce leaves have a lot of folic acid, which regulates metabolism. Remember this the next time you are locked up.
  5. Against insomnia
If you sleep poorly at night, eat more salad. It contains the substance lactucaria, which relieves pain, relaxes and is a very important antioxidant.
  6. Cough salad
Lettuce is soothing, is a mild diuretic, and also contains many expectorants that facilitate expectoration, increase mucus secretion and salt secretion.
  7. Magnesium
Magnesium strengthens and regenerates muscle tissue, strengthens the brain, nerves … There is a lot of it in lettuce leaves.
  8. Protects the thyroid gland
Lettuce is also an excellent and healthy source of iodine, which is very important for thyroid function. Lettuce is the best natural remedy for a better thyroid.

Vegan cosmetics

Vegan cosmetics are not just a fad

Chicken bone marrow found in moisturizers.

“When I stopped eating animal ingredients, I never had acne again,” Woody Harrelson, a movie star and longtime vegan, told Peta in an interview. Vegan cosmetics work according to this logic. If animal products harm the body from the inside, why introduce harmful ingredients from the outside?

Not only animal rights activists are outraged by the state of the cosmetic industry, but also cosmetic experts. It is amazing that in the 21st century there is a campaign to label cosmetic products that contain traces of cockroaches. In cosmetics, we find much more: snail slime, chicken bone marrow and waste fat by-products.

Bone marrow and mucus in antiaging creams

You’ll find chicken bone marrow in antiaging moisturizers under the label “glucosamine.” The law is satisfied if glucosamine is listed among the ingredients – chicken bone marrow is an excellent source of it – but not the origin of the individual ingredient. In a similar way, snail slime enters anti-aging creams, making the skin soft and supple. You can find it in creams under the label “KNU”.

Even red lipstick is not innocent

If you have any blush at home, check whether carmine or “carmine” is listed among the ingredients. It is obtained from special bugs that feed on cacti. The workers pick these from the cacti and let them dry, and when dried, they are ground into something that the cosmetics industry calls “carmine”. Since 2011, there has been a campaign to label products containing insects, but so far it has been unsuccessful.

Emulsifier from animal fat

The American Skin Deep Cosmetic Safety Association discovered even more shocking information. Waste animal fat is used as an emulsifier for soaps and lipsticks. This emulsifier comes from the by-products of cooking meat. In order to make even more profit, according to SDCS, they allegedly process expired meat, euthanized animals and even animals that are run over by cars.

There are alternatives

Scientists have all the necessary knowledge to create more humane cosmetic ingredients. Until recently, sperm whale sperm was used as a perfume stabilizer in cosmetic products. When the information became public, pressure from activists and public dismay led to the withdrawal of this ingredient from cosmetic products and a ban on its further use. Cosmetic companies with high ethical standards carefully avoid the use of these ingredients, and their offerings do not necessarily have to be expensive. Among the cheaper providers is the brand Alverde, for example.

5 reasons why strawberries are great for your health

Strawberries, a favorite of many seasonal fruits, are rich in calcium, magnesium and vitamin C. They belong to the berry group and many have been looking forward to strawberry season. In addition to looking beautiful and delicious, they provide a full range of micronutrients that have a beneficial effect on human health. Here are some reasons why this fruit is an ideal choice for your health.

  1. Strawberries speed up metabolism They contain a lot of antioxidants, flavonoids, polyphenols, phytonutrients and fiber, so they help reduce appetite and speed up metabolism. The dietary fiber present in strawberries ensures proper digestion and prevents constipation.
  2. Strawberries are not high in calories and help burn fat One hundred grams of strawberries contains only 33 calories and as much as 58 mg of vitamin C, which is about 98 percent of daily needs. Just because they are not caloric, strawberries are a great ally in weight loss. In addition, the red color by which strawberries are specific contains anthocyanins, which promote the melting of accumulated fat. This helps in burning fat deposits.
  1. Strawberries help fight cardiovascular disease and high blood pressure The ellagic acids, quercetin, anthocyanin and catechin found in strawberries help maintain cardiovascular health and lower bad cholesterol levels. Eating strawberries also helps in better circulation and maintaining cardiovascular health

4. Strawberries maintain brain function.Research shows that eating berries, including strawberries, helps maintain brain function and reduces brain cell damage. Strawberries are also rich in anthocyanin, which is also responsible for improving short-term memory. Thus, it turned out that it is enough to eat strawberries regularly for eight weeks to improve short-term memory.

5..Strawberries can help protect bone health. This fruit is rich in vitamin K, potassium and magnesium, which are crucial for bone health, as well as biotin, which helps strengthen nails and hair.

Veganism and gardening: is it possible to create a completely “plant-based” garden?

The main purpose of veganism is love and gentle care for the environment, animals and also people. In gardening, this mentality brings huge benefits that are available to virtually everyone – “plant-based” gardening is much easier than you might think. If you want to protect your green beds as much as possible from diseases and feed them sustainably, and thus also protect the environment and yourself, it is important to choose only organic and plant ingredients for the care of your garden.

The main purpose of veganism is love and gentle care for the environment, animals and also people. If you want to protect your green beds as much as possible from diseases and feed them sustainably, and thus also protect the environment and yourself, it is important to choose only organic and plant ingredients for the care of your garden.

Veganism is not just a popular trend. Veganism is a way of life that is currently extremely popular and on the rise. It is basically a philosophy that seeks to reject any exploitation and cruelty to animals. Be it in nutrition, clothing, cosmetics and also in gardening. The main idea behind veganism is a life without exploitation. It also advocates compassion, sustainability and balance. Veganism therefore has a very important ecological note, while at the same time loudly opposing the meat industry. Currently, the latter is well on its way to becoming the biggest polluter on the planet, right behind the oil and fashion industry.

It is merely a simple principle of gardening, where all animal products are replaced by plant ones. At the same time, vegan gardening is essentially organic and without negative consequences for any organism and ecosystem. With such gardening, you do not endanger the environment and ethically create a crop that is safe to cultivate. At the same time as creating your own vegan gardens, you are not supporting the meat industry, intensive agriculture, or potentially dangerous fertilizers. With plant-based beds, you have to be a little more careful with what you fertilize the plants with, what substrate you choose and what pesticide you use to spray the crop.

This is not just about exploiting animals, it is also about protecting the animals and yourself. Did you know that pathogenic substances such as diseases, bacteria and viruses are brought to your garden by animal remains? It is really easiest to fertilize flower beds with extra strong fertilizers and control pests with pesticide welds. But it is necessary to imagine what consequences such actions can bring to the environment and people. In vegan gardening, there are a myriad of other options that gently provide a healthy crop and lush garden.

Animal manure, which has been used to fertilize plants since time immemorial, is usually full of many bacteria, viruses, parasites and fungi that are deadly to humans. These are, for example, E. Coli, Listeria, Salmonella and Campylobacter. Antibiotics and hormones used to raise animals are also problematic and of course find their way across the entire digestive tract, resulting in them being found in manure and on your plate.

What the consequences of transmitting the virus from animals to humans are becoming increasingly clear with desperate epidemics – from swine and chicken flu to the pandemic that has reigned around the world since early 2020. It’s not just animal manure that should be to avoid. Animal residues are also present in fertilizers, which bring a bunch of diseases. These are, for example, blood and bones, which are found in products as by-products, as they are swept off the floor of slaughterhouses.

There is a lot of research on how fertilizing with animal manure and fertilizers with animal residues increases antibiotic resistance in humans as well. Such fertilizers are applied directly to agricultural land and create outbreaks of bacterial resistance, both on plants and later in humans. The formation of super-bacteria is a great recipe for environmental disaster.

There would be nothing wrong with fertilizing the gardens occasionally and in small quantities with animal manure from eco-farms and with fertilizers that are organic. However, as soon as the products of intensive agriculture or mass production are at stake, we will receive artificial ingredients and poor quality, which destroy the natural bacterial composition of the soil and consequently enable the emergence of disease.

In gardening, where you want to avoid animal debris in the biggest arc, choose methods that are organic and sustainable. The fertility and liveliness of the soil is completely feasible even with only natural ingredients and without a flood of toxic dirt. Below are some tricks that you can use yourself to create healthy flower beds.

Before the spring preparation of the soil, simply sprinkle quality compost – Vegipost on the surface and bury it lightly so that it decomposes naturally. To protect your fingers, it is also great to use a mat that can be dug into the ground up to 5cm deep. In this way, the soil will retain its fertility, and the mulch will protect it from water evaporation and erosion due to wind and rain. The mulch also protects against weeds. So get rid of a whole bunch of flies at once! The best mat is, of course, the organic one, without dyes and impregnations. Raw coconut crumbs work great.

Birds are already chirping about the importance of compost in the garden. Composting is a natural process where organic material decomposes, creating a home-made fertilizer with a high proportion of humus. In composting, the main microorganisms that make humus are. If you are a gardener and you have the option of composting, roll up your sleeves quickly. Composting is very easy, but it must be done properly, like any other thing.

Organic food residues are the basis for compost as it will break down into rich nutrients for soil and plants. Create layers of food scraps, leaves and cut grass by loading larger and coarser material (pieces of wood) on the bottom and continuing to load increasingly finer materials. What doesn’t belong in compost? Mowed grass growing along the road and food scraps that have traveled a long way to supermarkets and are most likely full of pesticides. Before use, the compost must be sieved to extract larger particles and those that do not decompose, such as nuts. Be sure not to put plastic packaging, printed paper, weeds, oil and other inorganic materials that do not decompose on your compost.

Plants work the same way as humans when we meet anew. We quickly make friends with some, while we look at each other ugly from afar. Individual plant cultures thrive perfectly when planted together, and certain ones can in no way thrive in coexistence. The reasons why certain plants are incompatible are not entirely clear. They say that plants that don’t like each other compete for the same nutrients. Plants from the same family are not recommended to be planted together as they are susceptible to the same bacterial, fungal or viral infections. At the same time, they also have the same pests, so it is wise to keep them apart according to peasant logic.

You invest a lot of time and care in flower beds, but what quickly happens is that pests come by and all your efforts go to the franchises! The usual solution for gardeners are pesticides and herbicides, which are harmful to our health and the health of plants and animals. If you want to grow safe and juicy tomatoes, choosing aggressive agents is by no means the right solution. Pests are not your mortal enemies, they are the inhabitants of nature who were here much earlier than we are. In principle, we are the ones who break into their homes. For healthy organic flower beds, it is better to use vegan, organic methods of suppressing unwanted guests. Those that ecologically and sustainably protect against unwanted pests of your gardens.

A vegan solution is to protect flower beds before pests and diseases spread. Such solutions are:

Rotate during the year and between seasons. This prevents the rapid reproduction of pests.

Create a hedge by planting plants in the beds where predators live. These are nettles, dandelions or horsetail. Rotten logs are also an excellent habitat for pests.

Use a mat to protect against snails. Sprinkle the organic mat with coconut crumbs along the edges of the beds. The pieces will stick to the snail’s mucosa and prevent them from continuing their way towards your salad.

Use homeopathic products and natural solutions – Pharmacy for plants.

It works on the principle of energetic influence on biological processes in plants. Homeopathy for plants uses the same principles as homeopathy for the treatment of people, only it makes sense to transfer them to plants. The positive effects of such action are vital, strong and resilient plants. Homeopathy for plants allows the care and treatment of plants with a similar – only the strengthening of plants and accurate diagnosis and action. The key to success are potentiation and dilution techniques and complex, definite and logical combinations of mother tinctures. The basis is 25 years of experience in plants and of course the rise of a new plant care system in the last 2 years.

As noted above, animal fertilizers are best avoided. Vegan gardening commands the use of organic fertilizers that are made only from natural, plant ingredients. Compost is a great way to revitalize the soil and feed the plants with suitable minerals. However, compost is not always available to everyone and at the same time it takes quite some time before you can use it for fertilizing. The use of VEGiPOST vegan fertilizers is recommended. These are completely biodegradable and natural fertilizers made from composted and fermented plant extracts.

Vegan fertilizers are 100% plant-based.

They do not contain pathogenic animal residues that cause or transmit diseases.

They promote growth in a natural way, without artificial stimulants.

They increase the activity of beneficial microorganisms that revitalize the soil.

They contain rich nutrients for healthy plant growth.

They stimulate the formation of humus.

They do not contain artificial fertilizers, heavy metals and other toxins.

Why do fish swim in wine and beer?

Beer

When shopping for processed foods, we most often rely on a label, which by law must state all the ingredients contained in the food product. Thus, we can identify among the ingredients those that are unacceptable for vegans, and for some they are even harmful, as they cause allergic reactions. What about alcoholic beverages? Are labels on alcoholic beverages also as consistent in listing ingredients as they are on other foods?

If you may be a fan of wines, then you have definitely checked the label when buying a bottle of wine. Unfortunately, this does not list all the ingredients used in winemaking. True, the basic ingredient in wine is grapes, but quite a few procedures need to be done before the squeezed grape juice ends up in the bottle. Some winemakers use substances of animal origin in the production of wine, such as egg white, fish bladder, milk protein and gelatin, which contains cow bones. The reason for this is the wine clarification process, in which the listed substances remove sediments from the pressed grapes and make the wine cleaner. Animal blood was also once used, but this has become banned. Although some winemakers swear by clarifying wine with animal substances, many winemakers use alternative substances such as bentonite (a type of clay), pea preparations and also synthetic substances.

And how do we distinguish non-vegan wine from vegan? More advanced winemakers are aware that their consumers include vegans, so you can recognize a logo on some bottles of wine that indicates that the wine is suitable for vegans. Unfortunately, logos on wine labels are more the exception than the rule, and even then only appear at foreign, smaller producers. In accordance with EU Regulation no. Article 9 of Regulation (EC) No 1169/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on the provision of food information to consumers states that any ingredient or processing aid that causes allergies or hypersensitivity must be labeled, used in always present in the final product. Unfortunately, Annex II to this Regulation lists exceptions that do not need to be marked, such as fish bladder or fish gelatine. Due to the latter, labels on Slovenian wines are an incomplete source of information, especially for vegans.

Wine

Even with beer, the composition is not as self-evident as you might think. Yeast, water, hops and barley are the basic ingredients, but some brewers use fish bladder, gelatin, lactose or even honey in their beer production. Labels on beer bottles are deficient in the content of the listed animal substances. Old English and Irish breweries with a long tradition of brewing beer are the most frequent users of the fish bladder, but they are also aware that the demand for vegan beer is growing. That’s why Guinness, one of the world’s most famous breweries, changed the filtering process at the end of 2017 and officially confirmed that their beers are now also suitable for vegans. In addition to the two largest breweries in Slovenia, the number of boutique and microbreweries has increased in recent years.

Vegans what can you do yourself?

Become vegan

The easiest, fastest and at the same time very effective way is to decide to become vegan. Being vegan means living in accordance with your beliefs and in harmony with your own (and social) moral values; by doing so, you contribute to a fairer world every day and prevent further exploitation of animals – all in everyday activities such as eating, showering and even brushing your teeth. Not only do you save animal lives by your actions; at the same time, you make others aware of the possibility of a different way of perceiving animals and lifestyles, and you set an example that veganism and animal rights are not just theoretical terms, but can be adopted and used by every individual in everyday life.

Some manage to switch to a different way of eating almost overnight, while for others the transition to a vegan lifestyle is a bit more of a starting point (finding ethical alternatives, discovering how to use certain products, finding nutritional information and the like). When you become aware of all this, veganism becomes your new modus vivendi – a way of life that rarely, if ever, requires more time, energy and money than other ways of eating.

Get informed and share information further

Research, read and collect information in the field of animal rights, nutrition and health, nature. Find online information about life on animal farms, see inspiring stories of vegan athletes, find out why the oceans are emptying.

Share information in the family circle, with friends and acquaintances. Prove to them with arguments that veganism is the future of humanity and the earth.

Adopt an animal

By offering homeless animals food, home, and attention, you make a big difference in that animal’s eyes while gaining a sympathetic companion. In many cases, this saves her from certain death. If you do not have space, your financial situation does not allow you or for some other reason you cannot accept the animal into your home, you can adopt it remotely and go visit it to a nearby shelter.

Become an activist

Attend a protest rally, hand out leaflets, demand changes from local authorities in the field of animal rights, health, ecology. Organize a tasting of vegan dishes, a film screening or a lecture. Demand vegan choices in restaurants and bars. Write a web blog and post vegan recipes.

WHAT DOES HUMAN HEALTH HAVE WITH LIVESTOCK AND MEAT? Consumption of animal food endangers health in terms of acute and chronic diseases.

ACUTE DISEASES

Animal foods can cause acute illnesses or their complications in a number of ways, which I will describe below. Animal products pose a threat to your body on several levels at the same time, but for the sake of an easier idea of the extent of the problem of consuming animal products, I will describe the endangered areas individually. The most important fact you need to remember and keep in mind is that animals are our RELATIVES. This means that their organs, and consequently their diseases, and the parasites and other organisms that live in and on them, are similar to the organisms that live in us and on us. Diseases and bacteria can pass between related species of the same kingdoms (animals and humans belong to the animal kingdom), but they cannot pass from plants to animals, for example. As the saying goes, you can’t catch broccoli and tomato diseases when arranging your garden, while you can quickly get a worm or some other parasite from your pets.

Animals are similar to us – when they have a problem or a parasite, we can get it too! We can also be poisoned by water contaminated with animal excrement, or in the case of insufficiently roasted animal parts, we get parasites that previously lived and laid their eggs in animals.

PATHOGENIC BACTERIA

Salmonella, listeria, e-coli and various other bacteria are organisms that are transmitted by animals or develop on their tissues. In humans, they cause severe poisoning, which can result in diarrhea, vomiting, and consequent severe dehydration and whimsy, which can lead to death. Most salmonella infections are associated with eggs and poorly pasteurized dairy products. Other bacteria cause similar or more severe symptoms, all of which are related to animal products and some can also develop on refrigerated products. Salmonella or other bacteria can also infect those who eat vegetables contaminated with the feces of animals that have had the bacterium. Plant compost is much safer and more suitable in this case. As you will see below, the biggest problem with these poisonings is that the meat breaks down with different, carnivorous organisms / bacteria. Carnivores and omnivores have much stronger stomach acids and short digestive tracts so that dangerous substances can be quickly excreted from the digestive tract, while in us this food breaks down and threatens us.

RESISTANCE TO ANTIBIOTICS

One of the major problems due to the consumption of animal foods is the resistance of bacteria to antibiotics. Zoologist Walter Veith and his students have discovered why livestock farming is the main culprit.

Animals have been given small doses of antibiotics since birth, so that their immune system would not be too active, as this would mean greater energy loss and slower tissue growth. In the local vernacular, if an animal’s body has to fight pathogenic bacteria, it needs more food. This means that a farmer’s valuable feed is used for his health, not for his growth. Because the farmer only profits from the amount of meat he can produce for the animal, he does not want the energy from the feed to be used for the immune system, but for the growth and development of muscle and fat, which he will be able to sell later. The problem with this approach is that low doses of antibiotics do not kill pathogenic bacteria, but only “put them to sleep”. When people get sick and take an antibiotic, having previously had bacteria from this type of meat in their body, the antibiotic kills all the other bacteria in their body, but not those
which have acquired antibiotic resistance in the livestock industry. It occurs when all beneficial bacteria are dead to humans, so pathogenic bacteria can take control of the body. Imagine the situation as if you have murderers and thieves in your body, but they are weak and slightly sleepy. As long as the cops in your body are alive, these killers and thieves have no power. But when you kill cops, then even weak killers become dangerous because they no longer have an opponent.

GROW PROMOTERS – ANABOL STEROIDS, UNSUITABLE FOOD

Animals on farms are treated (injected) with various types of anabolic steroids that promote the growth of their tissues. By consuming this type of food, people receive these hormones, which can cause hormone imbalances in their body, excessive growth of muscle and fat tissues, and fertility problems due to reduced internal production of hormones that have been introduced into human bodies by animals. In addition, animals are often fed completely unsuitable food for them. From waste to bone meal of other animals, to the fact that, for example, cows or pigs eat briquettes containing chicken excrement or their remains. The impact of eating this type of meat on people is not yet fully known, but my recommendation is to simply avoid this hazard by replacing animal products with wholesome plant foods: grains, legumes, tubers, fruits and vegetables.

PRIONI

Prions are a special type of protein with a unique sequence of amino acids that cause neurological diseases such as mad cow disease, encephalitis, dementia. This phenomenon is thought to occur when herbivores are given inadequately heat-treated and, of course, unsuitable animal foods. Animals used as food for other animals were sick animals that had to be consumed. These sick animals are thought to be the cause of the development of prion diseases (encephalitis – inflammation of the spinal cord, dementia, etc.). For a long time, governments did not recognize the link between beef and prion diseases, but eventually they had to because of the accumulated evidence. This has resulted in mass killings of thousands of cows that could be infected, but unfortunately has not aroused people to the point of wondering what the point of feeding animals is.

BIOACCUMULATION OF ENVIRONMENTAL TOXINS

Animals eat a lot of fodder. If this feed is contaminated with pesticides or other environmental toxins from factories, car releases, etc., the animals store all these toxins in adipose tissue. When you eat this, do the same, and in addition, you need to understand that these toxins accumulate in animals and the steak is actually a concentrate of these toxins. Therefore, toxins accumulate in your soft tissues and potentially harm you. When you get sick or lose a lot of adipose tissue, these toxins from adipose tissue are released into your bloodstream and affect how long and difficult your detoxification process will be. In addition, these toxins are a problem for women who become pregnant, as they are transmitted to the fetus through the placenta and milk.

CHRONIC DEGENERATIVE DISEASES

CARDIOVASCULAR DISEASE, DIABETES, COLON INJURIES, CONSTIPATION.

One of the problems with meat and most animal products is that it consists only of protein and fat and saturated fat, but lacks fiber and carbohydrates and electrolytes such as calcium, potassium and magnesium, which together with water maintain a good water level in body. In the process of digestion, a large part of animal food is absorbed at the beginning of the small intestine, and the remains travel on.

The problem arises when these residues have to be processed by the appropriate bacteria in the colon. Bacteria that process meat are different from those that process plant foods. Meat bacteria participate in the process of putrefaction, which is quite different from the fermentation process. The problem is that these bacteria produce toxic by-products that damage your gut and also travel into the bloodstream and participate in the development of damage to your blood vessels. You need to understand that our bodies do not have an optimal structure for digesting meat. If it’s about survival, we can process something, but it’s not the food our body would want in a time of abundance and choice.

Large amounts of protein, which are abundant in all animal products (meat, eggs, fish, dairy), are also problematic for health. When the body has to metabolize large amounts of protein, many acidic by-products (phosphoric acid, uric acid, sulfuric acid) are produced in the process, which the body has to excrete from the body through sweat and urine. This puts unnecessary strain on the kidneys and loses more calcium, potassium, magnesium and water. The latter elements and water are the key to the proper functioning of the immune system and all the cells of your body.

For animals, a pandemic never ends?

First, people isolated and chipped animals and deprived them of all rights. At a time when countless families do not know whether they will have money for the next meal in India, the US or elsewhere, some are shown desperate faces of animals from so-called “zoos”, which are nothing but brutal isolation of animals from their natural environment. In these animal prison creatures they have no freedom, they are trapped to death because they are supposed to serve to “entertain and study” people. They are subject to perpetual quarantine.

Billions of animals have lived and still live in the endless nightmare of isolation in which they are sick, exploited and eventually killed. Their existence is marked by suffering of injustice, cannibalism and a state of self-excrement. No, for them there is neither grass nor park nor blue sky. Slaughterhouses have not ceased to operate during totalitarian measures because animals have no rights anyway, except that they are slaughtered and sold in the name of profit.

However, the brutal exploitation of animals can even lead to such wasteful acts as pouring more than 110,000 thousand liters of milk into the drain in a single day. The US dairy industry is simply pouring milk that it cannot sell. In the land of the malnourished, in the land of the homeless, the food that comes from the bodies of tortured animals is dumped as waste!

The U.S. dairy industry says they have been ordered to throw away thousands of gallons of milk a day because of the crisis over the current pandemic. They received the message on March 31, and by then thousands of liters of milk have been poured into the drain.

With the closure of countless schools, restaurants and universities, they have lost much of the market, explains the director of the Cheese Market Association. They do not want the price of milk to fall excessively due to a surplus in the market. They asked the USDA, the Department of Agriculture, to buy milk, which they would then donate to those in need.

Milk producers and distributors are concerned. They have been promised financial support in the future, but are skeptical. They are currently continuing to pour milk from 2,400 cows into the drain.

“Who wants to go to work with the knowledge that all work will go to waste? /…/ Cows will not stop giving milk. This is not a production plant that can be shut down overnight. These cows need to be milked three times a day, ”said the owner of the dairy farm.

There are certainly ways in which milk could be processed to keep it usable in the long run. Situations such as the current crisis certainly show, among other things, the shortcomings and unmanageability of huge mass-oriented farms. Cows in the dairy industry produce 10 times more milk a day than a cow that would naturally, without hormonal additives, produce milk only for its calf.

The unacceptable destruction of food does not only apply to milk, other farmers who have been prevented from selling food and have been ordered to discard food are also advertised online. Farmers in the U.S. are destroying huge quantities of vegetables they sell to hotels and restaurants.

Vaccine testing in a military laboratory on animals

The ordeal of animals does not end only in slaughterhouses and on a plate. According to the Pentagon, trials of the primate coronavirus vaccine began in April 2020 at the Fort Detrick Military Laboratory. It is no exaggeration to say that the Pentagon spends billions of dollars each year on various ways of killing people.

The Fort Derick Military Laboratory, where the most dangerous pathogens were “studied”, was closed until March this year due to non-compliance with safety standards. And now this laboratory, whose basic task is military, is making a vaccine to maintain health?

How “successful” such vaccines are, we can rightly ask, after the tragedy of brain-injured children who received the swine flu vaccine, which was the last major public alarm

WHY DON’T THE GOVERNMENT AND THE MEDIA TELL YOU?

Selling animal products and medicines that people have to use as a result of eating inappropriate food is a huge business. Businesses often invest large sums of money in political campaigns and media advertisements and studies that do not demonstrate the detrimental effects of their diet or are designed to portray it as beneficial, so neither will openly and strongly oppose these industries. directly dependent on them. The media, governments and doctors will only advise you to eat white meat or fish instead of red meat, to use semi-fat instead of fatty dairy products, and to eat this food in moderation. What moderate means can be very relative.

If you follow these recommendations, your diet will not really be much different and as a result, your health will not (significantly) improve. Then you will believe that diet has no effect anyway and you will throw the gun in the corn.

I tell you that there is a diet that can significantly change your health, body appearance, energy and well-being, but it is important that this diet is diametrically opposed to the diet that originally put you in trouble. It is a diet rich in carbohydrates, water, vitamins and minerals, and poor in fats and proteins: starchy foods, fruits, vegetables are the basis of this diet, and nuts and seeds are an occasional supplement.

It is important for people today to gain relevant knowledge and information on how a herbivore’s day or plate should be composed.

Hunting as psychopathology?

The first president of the Federal Republic of Germany, Theodor Heuss (1884 – 1963), said: “Hunting is just a cowardly description of a particularly cowardly murder of an event that has no chance. Hunting is a side form of human mental illness.”

Is hunting really some form of human mental illness and so psychopathology? Is the murder of an innocent being, such as an animal, a normal state of the human soul or its pathology?

Unknown hunter: “Rarely can an experience with a woman be measured by what is spilled on the blood when a deer or hind, which senses that someone is close, slowly lifts its head from the grass, looks at you with big dark eyes, slightly uncertain he looks around, looks in your direction again, as he feels that you are here, and then comes that moment when everything merges, completes, presses and falls! Nothing can be compared to the fire that spreads through the veins, over the whole body, pushes into the brain, into the heart, into all the intimacy, with all the power. You can’t write down everything that happens at that moment because that would be too much. But it happens. It’s an explosion! An eruption of everything! ”And once again an unknown hunter:“ I don’t know why. I thought about it a lot. Maybe because everything is so simple: you wait, and then what you want, what you admire and adore comes; there it is, so beautifully, left to your mercy and disfavor; the excitement overwhelms you more and more, the unbearable tension and desire grows to a rage that would still melt the iron; you fire, and when the animal shoots a shot, you feel at the same time a violent pain and some burning satisfaction; you don’t think, you don’t realize clearly, at least for yourself I don’t think I did, but the feeling of some kind of mutual surrender to each other is strongly present at that moment. It sucks you in. He totally takes over. Exhaust to the end. You’re almost gone. But you are saved and somehow without fear for all that has been and what follows. You’re alive. And free. There is no uncertainty. No questions asked. No worries what now. How it will proceed. No complexity. No obligations. No feeling trapped. No unnecessary and superfluous words. Fear of extortion. A torturous silence. Criticisms. Wishes to get up and leave immediately. All that remains is that it was a wonderfully beautiful and unforgettable experience that demands nothing more from you. ”*

Nothing can compare to the fire that spills over the body of a hunter when an innocent living being is killed. It is an explosion and eruption of everything. Is it pathological or not? For this hunter, the murder of an innocent animal is a wonderfully beautiful and unforgettable experience. Is it pathological or not?

Hunter and journalist Eckard Fuhr says, “And of course, I admit, the hunt is exciting. Killing a live animal is something other than turning an old chicken into a raw material for chicken soup with an ax. After many years, I still have to fight the hunting fever. The frequency flashes and the adrenaline level rises when hunting game is shown. Shooting requires self-control. When I then find a dead deer, I am overwhelmed by an incomparable sense of inner satisfaction. Well, it’s comparable: after a successful hunt, you feel like after good sex or like after writing a good text that you consider successful.

Hunter Eckard Fuhr captures an incomparable sense of inner satisfaction when he kills an innocent living being. Is this feeling pathological or not? The hunter is pleased when he dies! How sad!

Prof. Gerd Rohmann says: “Because killing wildlife that is part of nature and experiencing the extraordinary effect of sle, empirically proves that we have experienced something special inside us… Hunting is the same as love: erotic experience is on path to the climax. The goal is not a quick conclusion, but in the effort and experience and the achievement of a common lasting peak… “

Hunter and lawyer Dr. Florian Asche: “We are all too often replacing the gratifying and important accompanying phenomena that are supposed to justify our actions with their real causes. We have sex because it gives us pleasure and enjoyment. We go hunting because we like it and enjoy it. ”An open confession of the hunter, what is the motive for hunting!

Is the pleasure and appetite in killing an innocent creature pathological or not?

The late neurologist and psychoanalyst dr. Paul Parin, also a hunter: “I have known since my first hunting adventures: hunting gives free rein for crimes, murders and sexual desire, wherever and whenever it is hunted.” And: “Prohibitions no longer apply. When we write about hunting, we need to write about sexuality and atrocities and crime… Real hunting does not take place without intent to kill. Passionate hunters want to kill. Hunting without murder is a concept that excludes itself… “He also says:” I fired, I heard a bang, I did not feel the shock of a weapon. I jumped up, blind and deaf standing there. Unbearable tension somewhere in the lower body, something must have happened. Suddenly the tension eased, bursts of pleasure ran down my pants, no, it was a wonderful ejaculation of semen, first conscious. I stood up straight, with the weapon in my left hand, I could hear and see again. “There lies the prey, the pile of colorful feathers.”

Passionate hunters want to kill, hunting gives free rein for crimes and murders, says the psychoanalyst, who is also a hunter. Is hunting a pathology then or not? A bunch of colorful feathers! Hunters are so humiliating about innocent animals. A bunch of feathers! Amazing!

Philosopher Ortega y Gasset: “Blood has orgic power if it is shed… and when it defiles the beautiful hair of animals.” . «

The shed blood has orgic power. The shed blood of murdered wildlife is the goddess of hunters. This goddess is named Diana and is served by hunters. Diana has long been the goddess of hunters. A pagan goddess. Bloody goddess, goddess of slaughter. The hunters are also blessed by the Catholic Church. Apparently, the bloody Diana is also a church goddess, of course next to the Virgin Mary, whom the Catholic Church even describes as the Mother of God.

Hunter Günter R. Kühnle has written a doctoral dissertation on hunting instinct and excitement in killing animals. He writes: “All over the world, hunting is rarely carried out for purely practical motives (for example, hunting for food), it is carried out for a strong emotional experience, often accompanied by great passion and devotion (excitement at killing animals, joy, happiness, entertainment, relaxation , adventure)… For today’s modern hunters, killing game is a prerequisite for achieving a passionate emotional event (arousal). This one was based on the already mentioned dissertation.

Psychoanalyst prof. dr. Arno Gruen doubts that the hunting instinct would be “innate” or “genetically conditioned”, as hunter Kühnle puts it in his dissertation: feelings, lack of personal values and inability to tolerate insecurity. The result is a very dangerous fictitious notion of hunters that they can control people, nations, animals and nature, that is, dying, absolute security and invulnerability. “

The hunting instinct is the result of free will and everyone therefore has the opportunity to give up hunting and leave the hunting organization.

Twenty years ago, science journalist Gerhard Staguhn wrote in his book “Love for Animals – One-sided Relationship”:

If a non-hunter feels the mick of killing an animal, he has the status of a mentally disturbed person. However, if the hunter feels a mime while killing the animal, his mentality should be normal. Absurd. It is clear that it applies to hunters in the same way as to non-hunters, it is a category of mentally disturbed people. Deliberate killing of animals certainly cannot be classified as mental normalcy. This encompasses the notion of life and not the destruction of it.

New dangers of red meat

Red meat has long been under scrutiny, as it can cause cancer of the pancreas, lungs and breast, among others, and now a new danger is added. Preparation at high temperatures is expected to drastically increase the chances of developing prostate cancer.

Red meat

It has long been known that a diet rich in red meat can pose a serious threat to our health, but this time the results of a new US study have provided even more worrying data. With the help of a new study conducted by the University of California’s Keck School of Medicine and the American Institute for Cancer Prevention, they found that it is not important how much we consume, but also how we prepare it beforehand. Roasting red meat at high temperatures, for example in a frying pan, is said to greatly increase the risk of developing or further developing prostate cancer, as the meat begins to develop strong chemicals full of carcinogens that mainly affect the prostate.

The study, which involved more than 2,000 men who regularly ate large amounts of this type of red meat, found that as many as half of the participants were diagnosed with advanced prostate cancer. ‘We found that the risk for men who ate at least 120 grams of red meat prepared in a pan a day increased by as much as 30 percent on a weekly basis, while those with larger portions increased by an additional 10 percent.
