150 g of cauliflower
150 g of cabbage
150 g of underground vegetables (carrots, parsley root, celery…)
2 tablespoons of flax seeds or chia seeds
2 tablespoons of oatmeal
chickpea flour (for baking and breading)
2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
a pinch of ground cumin
1/2 tsp turmeric
oil for frying
Peel the vegetables and boil them in salted water until soft. Then mix it in a blender or mash it.
Soak the seeds in 6 tablespoons of water to create a slime. Then mix them with mashed vegetables, pre-soaked oatmeal and spices. Thicken the mass with chickpea water.
Form patties from the mixture, roll them in chickpea flour and fry until the crust is golden brown. Serve with boiled potatoes and/or salad.
