Pineapple slices with walnuts

Walnut slices are mostly already known, but they are even more refreshing if pineapple is added to them.

INGREDIENTS (20 slices)

For the biscuit:

10 tablespoons of chickpea water

200 g of coconut sugar

450 grams of canned pineapple

350 g of flour

2 teaspoons of baking soda

fat and baking flour

For the filling:

200 g of coconut fat

150 g of powdered sugar

300 g of vegetable cream spread

100 g of walnuts


Beat the chickpea water to which you have added sugar, then mix in the chopped pineapple (together with the liquid or compote) and sifted flour and baking soda.

Spread the mass on a greased baking sheet sprinkled with flour. Bake for about 30 minutes at a temperature of 160 °C. Take the biscuit out of the pan and leave it in the pan for a short time, then transfer it to the base.

Mix the softened coconut fat and sugar, then gradually mix in the vegetable cream spread. Spread the cream over the cooled biscuit and sprinkle it with chopped walnuts. Wait for the cream to harden before cutting and serving the dessert.
