Spinach-salt pastry

Spinach and cheese cake is great for a snack or snack, and it’s even healthier than store-bought snacks.

INGREDIENTS (4 servings)

1 onion

2 cloves of garlic

1 red pepper

150 g of vegan feta

200 g of frozen spinach

2 tablespoons of oil


ground black pepper

2 teaspoons of dried oregano

450 grams of puff pastry

1 tablespoon of sesame seeds


Peel the onion and garlic and wash the red pepper. Dice the vegetables and vegan feta. Thaw the spinach and chop it into smaller pieces if necessary.

Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and onion and fry them quickly. Add the spinach and continue to sauté for a few more minutes. Then mix in red pepper, vegan feta, salt, pepper and oregano.

Roll out the dough and cut out squares of 6 x 6 centimeters. Top each square with the spinach mixture. Fold into triangles and secure the edges. Cover the pockets with water and sprinkle them with sesame seeds.

Line a baking tray with baking paper and place the pockets on it. Bake for 15 minutes at a temperature of 200 °C.
