INGREDIENTS (4 servings)

1 onion

3 cloves of garlic

olive oil

2 cans of cooking tomatoes (480 g)

3 cans of red beans (720 g)

1 chili pepper

100 g of corn

salt

ground paprika

ground cumin

3 tablespoons of tomato concentrate

3 spring onions

100 g of green beans

fresh coriander

PREPARATION

Peel the onion and garlic and chop them. Fry in oil in a pot.

Add tomatoes, red beans, sliced ​​chili, corn and season with salt, pepper and cumin, and add tomatoes from the tube. Add 400 ml of water and cook on low heat for 15 minutes.

Cut the spring onion into slices and fry it in oil with green beans. Stir them into the soup and garnish with fresh coriander.
