INGREDIENTS (4 servings)
3 cloves of garlic
2 cans of cooking tomatoes (480 g)
3 cans of red beans (720 g)
1 chili pepper
100 g of corn
3 tablespoons of tomato concentrate
3 spring onions
100 g of green beans
Peel the onion and garlic and chop them. Fry in oil in a pot.
Add tomatoes, red beans, sliced chili, corn and season with salt, pepper and cumin, and add tomatoes from the tube. Add 400 ml of water and cook on low heat for 15 minutes.
Cut the spring onion into slices and fry it in oil with green beans. Stir them into the soup and garnish with fresh coriander.
