8 tablespoons of cooked quinoa

2 dl of vegetable drink

1 teaspoon of coconut oil

2 tablespoons of homemade apricot jam

3 tablespoons of coconut flakes

1 teaspoon of cinnamon

coconut flakes and sliced ​​almonds for decoration


Boiled quinoa (ratio with water 1:2.5, boil it for 15 minutes, then leave it in the water for another 5 minutes) mix with the other ingredients into a smooth mass. Garnish with coconut flakes and sliced ​​almonds, or fresh apricots
