For 2 people:
250 g canned white beans (save the liquid!)
100 g of small or broken pasta
1 onion or 4 tablespoons of onion powder
3 tablespoons of ground sweet pepper
1 chopped clove of garlic or 2 tablespoons of garlic powder
1 bay leaf
4 tablespoons of oil*
Cook the pasta in water (cook for a few minutes longer than indicated on the package).
Chop the onion and fry it in oil. If we have onion powder, add it only together with the other spices.
Add the beans together with the liquid from the can, cover with twice as much water as the beans, add paprika, bay leaf, garlic and salt.
Cook for about 20 minutes, stirring carefully from time to time.
A few minutes before the end, taste if it is salty enough, otherwise add more salt.
Add the cooked pasta and serve.
* If you want to prepare a dish with a low content of salt, oil and sugar, do not use salt and oil in the preparation. For frying, use water and/or a little soy sauce instead of oil.
** To enrich the soup, you can add different vegetables to it during cooking.
