Crumble with apples, raspberries and blueberries

Ingridients

For 4 people:

3 apples

30 g of vegan margarine

150 g of sugar (brown, coconut…)

a pinch of cinnamon

100 g of blueberries

100 g of raspberries

For the crumble:

100 g of wholemeal flour (coconut flour is also excellent)

100 g of oatmeal

100 g of vegan margarine

100 g of sugar (brown, coconut…)

Preparation

Heat the oven to 200 °C.

Peel the apples and cut them into small pieces.

Heat the margarine in a bowl, then add the sliced ​​apples, sugar and cinnamon and cook everything together on a low heat until the apples soften. Set aside and mix in the blueberries and raspberries, then transfer to an ovenproof dish.

Knead the margarine, flour, oatmeal and sugar in a bowl with your hands and sprinkle evenly over the top of the fruit.

Bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Vegan vanilla ice cream goes perfectly with it.
