Gluten-free vegan pancakes

Ingredients for making 8 pancakes:

80 g of chickpea flour

160 g of rice flour

6 dl vegetable milk

pinch of salt

coconut butter for baking

(if desired) you can also add nuts, e.g. hazelnuts, almonds, cashews, etc.


Mix all the ingredients in a bowl into a smooth mixture and let it rest for a while (min. 30 minutes).

Heat the pan and grease it with coconut butter.

Fry the pancakes in a hot pan.

Spread the pancakes or cover them with fruit and serve.
