Vegetable minestrone in a hurry

Ingridients

For 3 – 4 people:

200 g string beans

400 g of potatoes

half a flask (200 g)

1.5 liters of water

salt with spices

Provencal herbs

clove of garlic

half an onion

Preparation

Clean the string beans by cutting off the ends and washing them under water. Peel a squash and a potato and cut them into pieces. We put it all together in an econom pot. Add a clove of garlic and onion. Add water and spices of your choice (you can also add a soup cube). Cook everything together for 20 minutes, as the vegetables in the econom pot are cooked quickly. Without an econom pot, however, cook for about 30 minutes.
