Vegan Nutella


For 1 cup:

1 cup hazelnuts and one cup cashews

1/3 cup brown sugar (maple / agave syrup, coconut sugar or dates can be used)

1/3 cup cocoa

2/3 cup almond or coconut milk

2 tablespoons coconut oil

1 teaspoon vanilla (you can use vanilla essence or bourbon vanilla sugar)

1/4 teaspoon salt


Fry the hazelnuts in a pan or in the oven. Put all the ingredients in a multipractice or similar mixer and mix them into a smooth mass.
