Strawberry shortcake



2 ½ cups flour

1 ½ cups of sugar

2 teaspoons baking powder

a pinch of salt

1 ½ cups of soy milk

½ cups of rapeseed oil

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

2 tablespoons vanilla extract (or bourbon vanilla)

400 g frozen strawberries (cut into halves or quarters)

powdered sugar for sprinkling


Mix the dry ingredients, then add the wet ingredients. Pour the mass into a baking dish of any shape and bake for about 20 minutes at 180 degrees. Once the cake has cooled, sprinkle it with powdered sugar and cut into desired pieces.
