Vegan walnut cake and rolls



600 g flour (half soft half sharp)

50 g yeast

  • Prepare sourdough yeast, 2 small spoons of flour and 1 teaspoon sugar. This solution is poured into 50 ml of lukewarm water (to yield the consistency of the mass of the pancakes), covered, and allowed to rise for about 5-10 minutes (the weight must be duplicated).
