Tofu side dish with eggplant and onion


For 3 people:

3 medium -sized eggplants

4 medium sized onions

200 g tofu

Soy sauce

spices as desired

olive oil


Peel the onions and cut. Cut the tofu into cubes. Both the both in the oil so that the onions are gilded and the tofu is baked (about 5-10 minutes). Meanwhile, cut the eggplants into cubes and throw them into a pan. Bake it all for another 10 minutes until the eggplants are softened. Add soy sauce and spices before the end. Serve with attachment as desired.
