Creamy soup of pumpkin, kale and avocado

For 2 people:

1 onion

3 garlic

1 zucchini larger flask

1/2 l of water

1 avocado

2 blade Kale

juice of 1 lemon

1/4 teaspoon dill

salt and pepper to taste

freshly crushed pepper for garnish

Preparation of

Chop the onion and garlic and fry in a little olive oil. Add chopped zucchini, stir and pour water. Season with salt, bring to a boil and cook for about 10 minutes. From heat, add Koper (if desired, also some other spices), a little cooled and poured into the blender (or mixed with the immersion blender in the container). Add raw sprouts, lemon juice and avocados. All together zblendamo in creamy soup.
