CBD oil: diseases where healing effects are noticeable

CBD treatment takes place because we humans have an endocannabinoid system that allows us to respond to cannabinoids such as THC and CBD (and many others). And yes, we ourselves produce similar molecules in the body.

What is CBD oil?

It is an extract from hemp flowers, where the largest share of important ingredients is found. In practice, there are a few different ways to obtain. We most often hear about CO2 extraction or vacuum vacuum distillation – both are good.

The biggest difference between the oils is in the content of different cannabinoids, terpenes and flavonoids. If the extract is made from a plant, the product will contain all the things. However, if only CBD is added to edible hemp oil, the product will not be as effective.

It is very easy to dose, but above all to change the dose, which is necessary at the beginning and then later.

Cold pressed hemp oil does not contain CBD because it is made from seeds.

CBD oil is also called cannabis oil by some, hemp oil or cannabis oil.

Cannabis CBD drops or oil?

Both! Cannabis CBD drops are the same thing as oil.

CBD oil or resin?

Always oil, because using resin we get much less THC into the body, which helps CBD. If the resin is 30% and the oil 5%, we have to take the latter 6 times more and thus we also get 6 times more THC. Both products have 0.2% THC.

In which areas will we notice changes first?

The fastest way to notice the effects is:

sleep (sleep has become longer and firmer),

appetite,

immune system (patients have observed as a “side effect” that they have not been ill for more than a year),

muscle strength (they also noticed that their walks can be longer or the exercises more intense) and

memory (bad memories that kept coming back kept quiet).

These things were discovered through the testimonials of patients who took CBD oil for slightly more serious problems.

How do we consume CBD oil (use)?

“Dosage” depends on several factors. From how heavy we are, what our genetics are, and what problem we are facing.

It is most often taken orally under the tongue (kept for 2 minutes for faster effect), it can be applied to the skin, or it can be added to tea, other drinks or food.

How much per day?

For the most commonly used 5% CBD drops, doses range from 5-15 drops per day. Usually towards evening to take advantage of the effect of relaxation and better sleep. Exact doses vary from person to person.

Start with 5 drops and increase the dose by 2 or 3 drops every three days. We stop when we feel good.
