Acidification of the body also promotes the environment for spontaneous growth and reproduction of yeasts and fungi, which thrive best in an acidic environment, and problems with kidney stones, excessive fluid retention and hormone dysfunction are more common. Joint pain can occur, and in very rare cases, blood acidity can cause arrhythmia, heart failure, coma, or even death.

The best results in the fight against body acidity can be achieved by drinking clean and alkaline mineral-rich alkaline water. You only need three ingredients for the preparation:

  • 2 l of water,

  • one teaspoon of Himalayan salt.
