Vegan muffins for chocoholics

Quantity: 12 pieces

2 bananas (softer)

100 g brown sugar

100 g of coconut


90 g of melted chocolate

40 g of cocoa

1/2 teaspoon salt


2 dl of water

250 g of white flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon baking soda

3 tablespoons vinegar

60 g of chopped edible chocolate


  1. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees.
  2. In a bowl with a fork, mash 2 bananas until liquid. Add sugar, honey, butter  , melted chocolate, cocoa, salt, cinnamon, water. Stir.
  3. Sift flour with baking powder and soda over the mass. Add vinegar and chopped chocolate. Stir.
  4. Fill the muffin tin with the filling. Bake for 30 minutes at 190 degrees.
  • Trick *: to check if they are baked, stick a toothpick in them, which should come out dry.
  • Cool them on a plate and serve warm. They are also served with jam for breakfast or dessert. Cold ones don’t last long anyway 🙂 NOTES If the mixture seems too runny or too thick, add flour or water as needed.
