Namely, we are still inextricably linked with nature, which itself offers many useful things in relieving health problems and improving well-being. With the discovery of the positive effects of cannabis, the reluctance to use this plant is slowly being withdrawn from smart cultivation and use for a variety of purposes. Hemp oil has proven to be an excellent all-round remedy, reaffirming the extraordinary power of nature in maintaining the health of the human body. The difference between hemp oil, hashish oil and CBD oil…
First of all, we must say that hemp oil, hashish oil and CBD oil are often replaced. Hemp (edible) oil is extracted from the seeds of industrial hemp (sativa), which contains up to 0.2% THC. THC is a psychotropic substance in cannabis. Hashish oil or THC oil is an extract (resin) produced from the flowers of cannabis and contains high amounts of THC and other cannabinoids. It is used recreationally, but most often for treatment. CBD oil is also an extract from hemp flowers, but from the Sativa species, which does not contain THC or a maximum of 0.2%. This is also used for treatment, as CBD together with the spectrum of cannabinoids has a beneficial effect on the endocannabinoid system. CBD resin is usually dissolved in vegetable oil and taken in drops – hence CBD oil. However, it can also be obtained in the form of an extract or resin.
Scientists on hemp oil
What do scientists have to say about cannabis? Those who deal with the healing powers of the plant agree that the great potential cannot be ignored. One of the findings is that cannabis helps with inflammatory diseases. Interesting, however, is the method that led to this finding. Instead of studying the active ingredients in hemp oil and their healing effects, scientists took recreational marijuana smokers as a sample! They regularly consumed cannabis in this way, which basically means that they also received some positive substances. And really, the difference between marijuana smokers and non-smokers turned out to be obvious!
This was only the first step in determining the anti-inflammatory effects of cannabis. More detailed research has shown that regular cannabis use is reflected in lower levels of C-reactive protein (CRP). CRP is a protein that indicates acute inflammatory diseases, so it can be concluded that cannabis is used as a preventative against such diseases. Because inflammatory diseases are not just isolated problems, cannabis is also a good preventative against other problems – most notably cardiovascular disease, and inflammatory factors also play a critical role in immune system diseases.
When we talk about an inflammatory condition, we must say that any pain is already an inflammatory condition. Eg you are bitten by a mosquito, where there is redness, there is an inflammatory state and the immune system rushes to send antibodies to this part of the body. Arthritis in the finger – this is also an inflammatory condition. Digestive problems – an inflammatory condition. Muscle pain, muscle fiber – an inflammatory condition of the body. Skin diseases such as atopic dermatitis, acne, etc. – These are also inflammatory conditions of the body. Inflammation and acidity are two sides of the same coin.
How does hemp oil work?
Of course, you don’t have to smoke marijuana for health. The active ingredients of cannabis can be easily obtained in other ways, including by consuming oil. It is true that quite a few beneficial effects of cannabis are provided by THC, an ingredient that makes certain types of cannabis a drug, but without this ingredient the plant is not overly depleted. Another important active ingredient is CBD, which stands out in many cannabis products intended for general use. Although more CBD and THC oil are used for therapeutic purposes, hemp oil is also rich in nutrients that contribute to body balance and can help with digestion, skin diseases (topical), body balance, premenstrual syndrome.
Consumption of hemp oil.
Hemp oil can heal, but it needs to be consumed in the right way. It depends to some extent on the specific product you are consuming, so in any case it is wise to read the instructions of the manufacturer and seller of the oil thoroughly. Hemp oil can heal if consumed as an edible oil, but without the guaranteed action of cannabinoids, as these must be converted to the correct form in order to act on the endocannabinoid system.
Another type of consumption of hemp oil is in the form of CBD oil drops. The amount of content depends on the effect you want to achieve. For the start-up period, a minimum content dosage is recommended, which is also affordable to test the performance first. A completely THC-free version is also available for children, although even with the first drops, the THC content cannot have a psychoactive effect on you. CBD oil can also be consumed in capsules. In both cases, the content is the same, so when choosing you do not have to worry about making the wrong decision.
In addition to CBD oil, however, we advise you to introduce cannabis into your diet, as we also need to ensure proper exercise, diet and sleep to achieve the best balance.
