Sugar and flour dessert in two minutes

PREPARATION:

For a cake for one person, we need five tablespoons of coconut flour, one egg, two teaspoons of cinnamon, half a teaspoon of baking powder, one topped spoon of cream cheese, two tablespoons of milk and a teaspoon of olive oil. Mix all the ingredients to form a thick and uniform mass. Pour the mixture into a tea cup and put it in the microwave for two minutes, and it is even better to avoid the microwave and use a regular oven, but in this case you must be careful not to bake too much, as it bakes a little longer . From the cup, turn the cake over on a plate and, if necessary, pour a little milk mixed with a teaspoon of raw cocoa or cottage cheese and raspberries.
